Hutchesson Appraisals was founded in 1979 as T. A. Hutchesson and Associates Limited, formerly George R. Thompson and Associates. In 1989 T. A. Hutchesson Limited changed to Hutchesson Gignac Limited and became one of the most recognized Real Estate Appraisals Firms in the Southern Georgian Bay Region. In 2009 Thomas Hutchesson and son Michael Hutchesson became Hutchesson Appraisals, with a vision to deliver expert service to Wasaga Beach, Collingwood, and surrounding areas. Hutchesson Appraisals is recognized for their extensive knowledge in their areas of service, and proudly continues to operate under the family name.
